Yes, Dripbox ships to customers worldwide.


Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our carefully selected suppliers and warehouses, ensuring the best quality and exclusivity for each item.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Requests after this time will be denied. However, you may return your order for a full refund once you receive it.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments.


When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our partnered suppliers. Orders are processed between Monday and Friday and are generally processed within 1-3 business days from the order date, with shipping occurring the next business day. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and our commitment to quality control, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.


What if I don’t receive my order?

Our prices are displayed tax-free in US Dollars, meaning you may be responsible for duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and any customs fees are determined by your local customs office and will not be covered by Dripbox. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. When will I receive my refund?
